That’s because our Kickboxing program works in bursts of intense exercise. You’ll go all out for a short period of time, then rest. Your heart will build endurance and stamina by constantly adapting to intensity and relaxation.

Our workouts cause your body’s repair cycle to kick into hyperdrive. So for up to 24 hours after each workout, your body will be using fat for energy and building muscle, making you leaner, stronger and healthier after every class.
