Our workouts cause your body’s repair cycle to kick into hyperdrive. So for up to 24 hours after each workout, your body will be using fat for energy and building muscle, making you leaner, stronger and healthier after every class.
The body stores fat for a rainy day. It takes a lot to convince it to let fat go, but kickboxing does the trick. The intensity and variety of exercises pushes your body to use its stored fat for energy.
